  Terrible Customer Service
  
  I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a blow out for a special occasion. The morning of, I drove 30 minutes and walked into my appointment only to receive a text (not a call!) that the salon needed to cancel my blowout not but 5 minutes before the appointment itself.
  
  When I tried texting and calling for a refund or even a reschedule, they ignored my messages and have yet to reach out (its been over 2 weeks since the cancellation).
  
  Very very disappointed with their customer service.
