  It’s my first taking having lash extensions and I was a little apprehensive to get them given the scary side affects you see online. I read Lash and Sugar Company reviews and decided I would give them a try. I had an initial pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly and informative on how to take care of your lashes properly. I got Classic 2 set and was told I could expect 2-3 fall outs within the first couple days. I followed their care directions and unfortunely had 15 or so fall out within the first few days. When I called they were SO nice, professional, and informative as to reasons why this could of happened (skin type, lash type, etc). They quickly scheduled me an appointment to fix my lashes and try out Volume complimentary to see if that worked better for me. I’m extremely pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism I was displayed. I will be a returning customer.
