  I highly recommend practicing Pilates at The Classical Pilates Company. Beth has an amazing gift for presenting the work out with a sense of joy and attention to detail in making sure the exercises are executed properly for maximum benefit.
  
  Along with the great Pilates class offerings, the studio has also been designed to include other fitness and wellness options. The yoga classes are offered at convenient times and are led by some of the best people that I have ever encountered.
  
  Give them a call. You won't be disappointed! :)
