  I have been training with Ramsey Bergeron for the past 8 months or so. My boyfriend originally introduced me to him and indeed he also still trains with Ramsey.
  
  I know that I would NEVER have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have in the last 8 months if it was not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Ramsey is always very encouraging, motivational, and has a vast knowledge of his profession.
  
  I would recommend Ramsey in a heartbeat. I plan to continue to train and improve my wellbeing with his guidance and support.
